I am Tim, a Padel fanatic and generalist with an innovation and business background, currently working at the social banking startup OWWN while building ByFour on the side.

I am looking for a creative wiz to be co-founder of a somewhat different Athletics brand, focused on the sport of Padel. Initially this role will be at the crossroads of Creative Direction and Branding as well as Marketing and Content Strategy in particular. My humble requirements: - You burn for everything creative and the challenge to develop and shape a brands identity from the ground up and for time to come - Creating all the creative assets a young venture needs, such as Brandbooks, Identity as well as Content and Content Strategy is something you actively enjoy and have done in the past - You enjoy working closely with a sparring-partner and proactively tackling the challenges that arise for a young business. I am not looking for an employee but a cofounder. - You enjoy racket sports and best case: You have played Padel before ;)

This is a boot-strapped venture for now so what I offer is the opportunity to become an early pioneer in a sport that is skyrocketing globally and to put your mark on a brand from the very early stages, making it as yours as well. Everything else will have to be discussed in person.
